mile at times this morning.

* Winds... winds will become south and increase to 15 to 25 knots
this afternoon, continue tonight, then veer southwest and
diminish on Sunday.

* Waves... waves will build to 4 to 7 feet by evening, then
continue through tonight before beginning to slowly diminish.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means the visibility will frequently be
reduced to less than one mile. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating
in these conditions.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or
waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous
conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
