..strong onshore winds with high/rough surf through tonight...

Update...outer effects of ts Humberto continue today with gusty
winds and occasional showers. Wind gusts have been near 40 mph in
showers near the coast this morning. Outside of showers winds
today will be from the north northeast at 15-25 mph with gusts to
30-35 mph near the coast. Best chances of rain today will be
across NE FL where convergent shower bands will move onshore.
Isolated thunder will also be possible due to weak instability.
Temperatures this afternoon will range from the mid 80s coast to
around 90 degrees inland.

Aviation...tempo IFR/MVFR conditions are expected today mainly in
passing showers. Isolated thunder is also possible. Breezy
northeast winds at 15g25kt...with gusts in showers up to 35 knots
possible.

Marine...winds and seas remain very hazardous for small boaters
with Small Craft Advisory in effect. North northeast winds at
20-25 kt and gusts up to 35 kt expected through tonight and early
Monday.

Rip currents: high risk of rip currents expected with rough surf
conditions and breakers in 5-7 ft range along the northeast Florida
coast...4-6 ft expected along the southeast Georgia coast.
